All year I said it—I wanted to bring Women’s Bodybuilding back to life. Not just include it. Not just check a box. I wanted to rebuild it. To make it matter again.

The Northeast Classic earlier this season had three outstanding Pro Women’s Bodybuilders. It was a start, but for the ANBF Monster Mash 2025, I wanted more. I wanted to prove that this division still has a heartbeat, and that when given the right platform, it can still deliver moments that shake a room.

Some people supported the push. Others looked the other way. But when the lights came up at Monster Mash, nine Pro Women’s Bodybuilders walked onto that stage. Nine. That’s not just a good turnout—it’s a statement.

And I made it the main event on Pro Day.
That decision wasn’t random. I wanted the entire crowd, every athlete, every coach, to see these women celebrated the way they deserve. What followed was one of the most emotional moments I’ve ever seen at a show.

Backstage, before they walked out, I told them:

“Thank you all for coming. We all held up our ends of the bargain. I built the stage and the platform—you showed up. And I appreciate that. I don’t know what the future holds, but there are two possible timelines. Either today becomes the turning point where the division starts to grow again… or this is the last meaningful stand for it. Regardless of which it is, today is a pivotal moment. You should be proud to be part of it—because I am.”

Then they stepped out there and absolutely delivered. The crowd could feel it. The energy, the emotion—it was raw and real. Competitors hugged. Some cried. Everyone in the building knew they’d just witnessed something special.

That’s what natural bodybuilding is supposed to be about—heart, respect, and moments that remind you why you started.

Monster Mash 2025 wasn’t just another show.
It was proof that the fire is still alive.
